Louise Brooks

Louise Brooks also known as Lulu, was a silent film actress from 1925-1938.  She played in 17 silent films during her life time and was also known for being a dancer, showgirl, and model.  Some of her more famous works were Pandora's Box (1929), Diary of a Lost Girl (1929), and Prix de Beauté (Miss Europe) (1930).  


Louise Brooks popularized the classic bobbed haircut in the 1920s.

This is a Roman and flappers inspired dress.  The low waist band resembles a flappers dress from the 1920s.  

This outfit has a 1920s style.  The hat is a cloche from the 1920s and the coat is typical of 1920s furred coats.
